Booking Conditions
To confirm the reservation it is necessary to make a deposit / signal payment of 25% of the reservation amount. Payment can be made safely on the web with your bank card, or by bank transfer within 24 hours. In the confirmation email you will be provided with the bank details. In case you have opted for bank transfer and do not make the deposit within the indicated period, the reservation will be canceled. The remaining amount of the reservation will be paid upon entry into the apartments.
Cancellation of the reservation
In case you want to cancel your reservation, you can request it by answering the confirmation email.
In case of cancellation of the reservation during the free cancellation period, the establishment will proceed to refund the amount corresponding to the reservation signal minus the bank charges incurred, the amount of which amounts to 2% of the signal.
Example: If you have a reservation worth 100 euros and you have paid a deposit of 25 euros, the amount to be returned will be 24.50 euros. In case of cancellation of the reservation outside the period of free cancellation or no-show, the establishment will retain the signal of the reservation as cancellation costs.
